Kurom Aye Shi; Physically Challenged Tollbooths Workers Demonstrate Against Tollbooths Closure (VIDEO)
Toll Collector across the country have demonstrated against the Government of Ghana for closing down all tollbooths in Ghana.
The workers have been left unemployed following the closure of the tollbooths as they stay home with nothing to do.
Today the workers, mostly physically challenged hit the streets to demonstrate about their plights.
They converged at the Accra Sports Stadium and marched with their cards to the Parliament of Ghana where they presented their grievances to the Minister of Transport.
The finance Ministry when reading the budget said the Tollbooths will be closed with the workers getting assigned.

Even when the budget is yet to be approved by Parliament, Transport Minister Amoako Atta ordered for the tollbooths to be shut down.
Now, the workers are at home unemployed, the tollbooths remained close but the budget has been rejected by parliament.
