U.S. Navy member Keith Latshaw perishes in a motorcycle accident in Jacksonville
1992 saw the birth of Keith Latshaw in Jacksonville, Florida. His father and grandparents were both U.S. Navy veterans, thus he grew up in a military family.
Keith followed in their footsteps and entered in the Navy in 2010, not long after he received his high school diploma.
Keith was a Gunner’s Mate on the USS Ronald Reagan, an aircraft carrier headquartered in San Diego, California, during his tenure in the Navy. He advanced through the ranks swiftly to reach the rank of Petty Officer Third Class because of his reputation for commitment to his responsibilities and his fellow sailors.

Keith was engaged in a motorcycle accident on May 27, 2012, while not working. He ran into someone while riding his motorcycle on a country road west of San Diego.
