Justice Aryeetey Sends Akuapem Poloo To 90 Days In Prison As He Dismisses Her Appeal
Rosemond Brown popularly known as Akuapem Poloo is headed back to Nwasam Prison.
The actress is set to continue her 90 days in prison after the Accra High Court dismissed the appeal her lawyers filed for her earlier sentence.
Earlier this year she was sentenced to 90 days in prison by the Human Right Court for posting a photo of herself naked in front of her child.
Just 3 days in prison, her lawyers appealed her sentence and managed to gain Stay of Execution pending appeal.
Today, Justice Aryeetey presided on the appeal case and ruled that the earlier 90 days sentence wasn’t harsh.
The High Court in Accra presided over by Justice Aryeetey has dismissed the appeal filed by Akuapem Poloo challenging her 90 days custodial sentence.

Akuapem Poloo is now set to continue the 90 days sentence.
