JUST IN: Owner of Empressleak website arrested
The owner of the popular pornographic website, empress leak has been arrested by the Cybercrime Unit of the Criminal Investigations Department (CID) of the Ghana Police Service.
Owner of the website, Anderson Ofosuhene Animalias Mario Gee was arrested over charges of money laundering, pornography, and breach of provisions on cybercrime.

It is also revealed that Anderson has been working along with some people who lure victims for s3xual pleasures and film them secretly and later upload them on his site.
The prosecution said on January 30, this year, the Cybercrime Unit team proceeded to Mr. Anim’s residence at Osino, where he was found uploading videos on the p0rn0graphic website.
The Prosecution also said that all digital devices have been retrieved from his residents and efforts are being made to get hold of all his accomplices who help him to commit those crimes.
He reportedly took between GHC100 or GHC500 through mobile money to take down the contents but the contents persisted on the internet.
