Joshua Dweck arrested, Rajacic Milorad died in Ocean Parkway car accident

– On Wednesday night, a 76-year-old man passed away after being hit by an out-of-control car being operated by a youngster.

A 17-year-old was driving a Tesla north on Ocean Parkway at a high rate of speed, according to the New York Police Department. At the intersection of Avenue M, he lost control at about 10:20 p.m. and drove onto the sidewalk.

Milorad Rajacic was the casualty when the car struck him and continued on the sidewalk. A 24-year-old guy was struck after the car struck a traffic signal post and a bench. According to NYPD, the Tesla also struck a parked motorcycle.

Rajacic was taken to Maimonides Medical Center, where he passed away from his wounds.

The 24-year-old was also rushed to Maimonides after suffering leg injuries.
