John Dumelo’s stronghold is social media – Hon. Lydia Alhassan (Video)
As Ghana heads to the 2020 Elections in December, one of the most interesting contest aside the Presidential battle between Akufo Addo and John Mahama is the battle to win the Ayawaso West Wuogon seat.
Incumbent Member of Parliament, Hon. Lydia Seyram Alhassan is facing a strong challenge from John Dumelo on her bid to retain the seat for the NPP.
The contest between the above mentioned duo have been interesting especially during the COVID-19 season as both have been doing their best to support people in the constituency in this hard time.
Amongst the two John Dumelo is more vibrant on social media as he uses his pages to engage people and try to sell his message to win potential voters to this side.
Hon. Lydia Seyram Alhassan says she’s unperturbed by her competitors prowess because she sees him to be only relevant on social media.
The NPP MP says John Dumelo’s stronghold is social media and that not all the people who likes his posts are eligible voters of the Ayawaso West Wuogon constituency.

Speaking on Asempa Fm’s Ekosisen, she said some of John Dumelo’s fans on social media may be living in Afghanistan or Kuwait and can not vote for him come December 7, 2020.
