Increased security at Electoral Commission as they hold IPAC meeting (Video)
Armed Police men have gathered in high numbers at the office of the Electoral Commission.
The EC is currently holding the much announced Inter Party Advisory Committee (IPAC) meeting.
To guard against any unforeseen attack, there is a heavy police presence on the streets and at the premises of the EC.
The commission at the meeting will decide on the late they will begin the mass voter registration exercise to replace the existing one.

The biggest opposition party, National Democratic Congress have boycotted the meeting.
