If Bawumia debates me on economy I will debate him on literature – Prof. Naana Jane (Video)
Prof. Naana Jane Opoku-Agyemang has made nonsense of the belief that one has to be an economist to be Vice President of Ghana.
Speaking in a interview hosted by Nana Aba Anamoah of GHONE the English language professor says she doesn’t need to be an economist to chair the country’s economic management team in the next NDC government when they win the forthcoming elections.
To back her argument she used the late Aliu Mahama who was the Vice President in the NPP government under Prez Kufour as an example.

Alhaji Aliu Mahama wasn’t an economist just like herself but he served as a Vice President for an NPP government, same party who are criticizing her as unfit to be Vice President because of her knowledge in economics.
When the host asked him whether she can debate the current Vice President and NPP running mate Dr. Bawumia, she said if the Doctor of Economics debate her on economy, she will debate him on literature.
If there’s a chance to debate @MBawumia, why not. If he debates me on economy I will debate him on literature. — Prof. Naana Jane Opoku-Agyemang On @GHOneTV #ElectionHub
