Charles Nii Armah Mensah alias Shatta has details out why he deserves to win Artiste of The Decade.
The Dancehall king took to his Facebook page to detail out his journey to the apex of Ghana music and why he deserves to win ahead of Stonebwoy, Samini and Sarkodie.
The artist talk about how he started as Bandana in 2003, went into hibernation and come back as Shatta Wale in 2009.
He added that everybody knows what he’s done between the period under review and will not worry himself to fight for what is rightly his.

My name was Bandana from 2003-2004
Changed my name from Bandana – Shatta Wale👑
2010- 2011 I released a street Bangers
2013 I came back strong with Dancehall king 👑
And up until now 2019 I have my current song in the system “MY LEVEL”
Who ever came back hard like me like this should own up so we can all praise the Good Lord together .
But if you know ,you have haven’t been on a journey like this ,Don’t come competing because I was never in a competition with anybody but the industry made it seem so !!!
I won’t worry myself to fight for what rightfully belongs to me.i will rather share my story to the world to motivate the younger generation today..
I have done what Napoleon couldn’t do ..
