I think Akonnor is the best man for Ghana- KP Boateng confirms speaking with CK Akonnor

Kevin Prince Boateng has heaped praises on the new coach of Ghana Blackstars C.K Akonnor.

The coach and Kevin Prince Boateng had a long chat and the player seems pleased with the ideas and vision C.K Akonnor has for the team.

Yesterday during a press conference where C.K Akonnor announced his first ever Blackstars squad, he was asked about the future of Prince Boateng in the team and he did reveal that after speaking with the player he thinks he isn’t ready to play for Ghana again.

When Joy Fm Sports journalist Gary Al Smith shared what C.K Akonnor said about Kevin Prince Boateng, the player did confirm the coach spoke to him.

He added that after speaking to the coach, he thinks he is the best man for Ghana now but he however denied speaking about his return to the Ghana Blackstars team.

“Hi Gary, no journalist ever talked to me!! I spoke to coach akonnor and I think he is the best man for ghana right now,we had a great conversation!! We didn’t really speak a lot about me returning to the black stars…”
