I have no problem with Strongman – Medikal clears the air

For the past few days, Strongman and Medikal brought the internet to a standstill following their back to back diss songs aiming at each other.

It was highly speculated that the AMG rapper had personal problems with the former SarkCess Music signee due to some his lines he(Medikal) used in his ”Last Burial” diss song.

Well, the boyfriend of Fella Makafui has debunked popular assertions that there is bad blood between himself and Strongman.

Speaking to Gh One’s Serwaa Amihere, Medikal explained that as a rapper and entertainer, he has the liberty to use his music as a medium of expression, so recording beef songs to diss his fellow does not indicate they have problems.

He, however, didn’t retract his infamous claim that he single-handedly saved the Ghanaian rap music from dying four years ago.

To vindicate his assertion, he added that other genres like Afropop, Azonto, and love songs dominated the airwaves until he took center stage with his rap songs so making such a statement that he saved Ghana’s rap music four years back is warranted.
