I don’t think Sarkodie is ‘flexing’ me; I think he is busy – eShun

On August, 27, 2019, we brought you a story on songstress eShun complaining how Ghana’s most decorated rapper Sarkodie is someway somehow is avoiding to collaborate with her.

eShun tweeted about how she had tried so many times to get Sarkodie on her song. she disclosed that she has spoken Sarkodie’s manager, Angel Town, Black Nana, strangers, media personalities and popular sound engineer, Possigee but all yield no results.

Her tweet caused an uproar on social media with a section of the Ghanaian populace backlashing Sarkodie for ‘flexing’ her.

However, jumping to the defense of the CEO of SarkCess Music, eShun she noted that she believes strongly that Sarkodie has not responded to her yet because he is busy.

“I would not say he is ‘flexing’ me. Sometimes it’s not the right timing, maybe they’re on a project or so and this happens all the time. I even have some artistes trying to reach out to me and in that period I also have stuff on my hand so yes, I get those kinda replies from them,” she recounted.

She also disclosed that she reached out to Stonebwoy too on Twitter for a similar reason but she was got lucky in his case.

“I reached out to Stonebwoy on Twitter as well and luckily for me, he wasn’t that busy if it was this period that he’s gone on tour I’m not sure I’d have got him on my track so I believe Sarkodie is busy working on his album,” she said.

She added that she may not be getting the right timing but it would be great to have him on her song any time soon.
