Gyan, Boye, Acquah and Kwadwo Asamoah dropped by Akwesi Appiah in latest Blackstars squad

The coach of Ghana Blackstars, James Akwesi Appiah has named his squad for Ghana’s AFCON qualifiers.

The senior national team of Ghana will play South Africa and São Tomé in the AFCON 2021 qualifiers in November.

The coach of Ghana has named his squad for the two games and some regular names have been dropped.

General captain Asamoah Gyan, assistant captain Kwadwo Asamoah and Afriyie Acquah didn’t get invited by Akwesi Appiah.

Afful Harrison, Nicholas Opoku and Alfred Duncan who missed the AFCON 2019 through injury have returned to the team.
