Government to make the Cape Coast – Takoradi road a dual carriage road – Road Minister
The government of Ghana has promised to make the Cape Coast to Takoradi road a dual carriage road.
This is a huge step to curb motor accident on the road that links two regional capital.
The road, a single lane road has been causing accidents as reckless drivers who try to overtake other vehicles on the road end up crashing with other cars approaching from the opposite direction.

The latest of such accidents happened earlier this week at Dompoase, a village near Komenda.
According to the Minister of Roads & Highway, Hon. Kwasi Amoako Attah, the government will make the Cape Coast – Takoradi road a dual carriage.
