Government Should Find Money To Compensate MenzGold Victims – Chairman Wontumi
The Ashanti Regional Chairman of the New Patriotic Party has pleaded with government to compensate victims of the MenzGold scandal.
The Akufo Addo government has already taken a stance not to drain public purse to compensate those who have their investments locked up in the embattled Gold Trading firm.
The chairman of the ruling party shares a different view as he wants the central government to intervene and pay the customers of the company.

According to Bernard Antwi Boasiako, Nana Appiah sees the whole scandal as a business gone wrong.
He thinks Nana Appiah Mensah don’t have the money to pay all the customers so government shouldn’t watch citizens suffer.
