On Saturday, January 14, 2023, Kyle Wayne Preston, 31, of rural Fergus Falls, passed away quietly at home.

He was a son of Wayne and DeAnn (Anderson) Preston and was born in Fergus Falls on July 24, 1991.

He attended Twin Oaks Academy in Fergus Falls after growing up on the Preston Family Farm close to Jewett Lake.

As a child, Kyle kept his parents on their toes by playing with his cousin Shawn. They frequently set the way for anything risky, but the other siblings always found it enjoyable.

He spent a lot of time and enjoyed working for Keith Tysdal at Tysdal Farms. Later, in Fergus Falls, he worked for Shoremaster and subsequently Otter Express.
