Ghanaians Mount Pressure On Akufo-Addo To Speak On State Sponsored Brutality In Nigeria
Ghanaians on social media have called on the President of Ghana Akufo-Addo to speak on the current happenings in Nigeria.
They are demanding Akufo-Addo to speak on the issue as a President of Ghana and also as the chairperson of ECOWAS, a subregional group.
Mr. President @NAkufoAddo please show some empathy. Please show the Nigerian youth that you care. Please show some authority as the Head of Ecowas. Thank you https://t.co/OH0bIMtlUv

This evening things got messy as military men have allegedly shot about 8 people dead at Lekki Tollbooth in Lagos.
You wanna tell me after more than 12 days of protests in a country close to us, you haven’t been briefed enough or educated enough about the matter to issue a statement as the President of Ghana or ECOWAS Head? Lol sure @NAkufoAddo
