Ghanaian mother arrested in United Kingdom for inserting ginger in son’s backside
A United Kingdom based Ghanaian mother has been arrested for for inserting ginger in her son’s backside.
The woman identified as Aba Hagan has been arrested by the Manchester Police for punishing her son in an awkward way.
The Ghanaian mother has been charged with cruelty to persons, third-degree assault, endangering a child and disorderly conduct.

Officers of the Manchester Police Department made their way to the apartment of the accused in Rachel Road around 8pm on a reported domestic dispute.
Getting to the apartment, they found a nak*d boy who complained to them that his mother has inserted ginger in his backside.
Initially, Aba Hagan denied the accusation but later admitted doing that as a punishment to her son.
According to the Police, Aba argued that it’s a normal practice amongst Ghanaian to insert ginger in wayward kids’ butts.
The Police googled Ana’s defense and they found out on the internet that the act is a form of corporal punishment in Ghana.
