Ghana Police Service have arrested 26 suspected fraudsters at Kasoa in the Central Region of Ghana.
Out of the 26 suspects arrested, 2 are women with the remaining 24 men.
Addressing the media Deputy Commissioner of Police, DCOP Okyere Boapeh said an intelligence from headquarters of Ghana Police led them to Kasoa Iron City.
He explained that the intelligence report disclosed to them that some criminal activities goes on at Iron City.
With a team of officers, the Kasoa police stormed the supposed crime scene which houses criminals and arrested 26 suspects
The police picked up items such as laptops, phones and substances believed to be marijuana.
DCOP Okyere Boapeh took the opportunity to advise landlords in Ghana to alert the police when giving out their houses to Nigerians for the police to check whether they have legal documents to live and work in Ghana.
