Ghana Gov’t Build State Of The Art Public Library, Name It After Akufo-Addo’s Father (Video)
The Government of Ghana has built a State Of The Art public library in the Greater Accra Region.
The public library located at Adenta Frafraha will be officially opened on Library on Tuesday, 7th December, 2021.
President of Ghana, Nana Addo Danquah Akufo-Addo will be the special guest of honor at a ceremony to be held on Tuesday to open the library.
The Ghana Library Authority will commission the Edward Akufo-Addo Public Library on Tuesday, 7th December, 2021 at Frafraha-Adenta in Greater Accra Region.

The Library which has been stocked with over 30,000 books is named after Edward Akufo-Addo, the father of the current President of Ghana.

Edward Akufo-Addo is part of the Big Six, one of the stalwart of Ghana’s Independence struggle.
He was the Chief Justice of Ghana under the National Liberation Movement (1966-1970) and later became ceremonial President under the Busia Progress Party government.
