The deputy minister of Gender, Children and Social Protection under the Mahama administration has filed a law suit against her husband for bigamy.
Samuel Poku, the husband of Racheal Appoh has married another woman in Canada according to the ex minister.
From sources, She has dragged her husband to the matrimonial court in Accra to answer questions on why he decided to marry another woman in Canada whiles their marriage is still valid.
According to a news report by Daily Guide, the new woman is a Jamaican-Canadian called Vanessa Sylvan, believed to be living in Canada.
Rachael got to know about the foreign marriage when Sylvan posted a picture of herself and Nana Poku on March 28, 2017, with the caption “Married to Nana Poku.”
Nana Poku shared a picture of himself, the new wife and young boy, apparently their child, with the caption “Family Vacation.”
Apparently the husband managed to get a ‘fake’ divorce documents in 2015.
Racheal Appoh has sued the judge who annulled the marriage without her consent.
