Former Kotoko defender John Kuffour arrested and granted bail for biting girlfriend’s nipple

Former Asante Kotoko player John Kuffour has been granted bail after getting arrested for biting the nipples of his fiancé.

The domestic violence case between John Kuffour and his girlfriend was presided over by judge Kwaku Baah Frimpong at the Ejisu District Court.

According to the Prosecutor, Chief Inspector Emmanuel Appiah Kubi, the girlfriend Dennisa Hagan reported the case to Domestic Violence and Victim Support Unit (DOVVSU) at Ejisu in January 2017.

John Kufuor who has been dating Dennisa, a hairdresser for about 6 years visited the lady to know whether she is still interested in the relationship.

The lady refused give an answer to her boyfriend and moved to her kitchen where John Kuffour followed her to beg.

On his knees begging, the lady pushed him to give her way but John Kufuor held her dress abd continued with the begging.

The back and forth of the ‘by force’ begging led the accused to mistakenly bite the nipples of the girlfriend.

Thorough examination by doctors at the Suntreso Government Hospital shows an ulceration of the left breast according to Police report.

John Kuffour was subsequently arrested and admitted his fault but added that the incident was accidental.

Finally the case has been heard at the Ejisu District Court were John Kuffour have been granted bail with conditions that he will assist the victim to undergo a surgery and report to the court in 7 days.
