Fear grips top gov’t officials as Anas releases ‘Galamsey Fraud’ Part 2

Award-winning Investigative journalist, Anas Aremeyaw Anas, is likely to release ‘Part 2’ of his ongoing explosive documentary on illegal mining dubbed, “Galamsey Fraud” this week.

The documentary is gone for naming and disgracing narrow-minded and influential people cutting President Nana Akufo-Addo and Ghanaians in the back, in the battle against unlawful mining, famously known as ‘galamsey’.

These people, who should be seen helping the President win the battle against the feared unlawful mining, were fairly caught in the act on mystery videotapes, by the focal points of Anas and his team, getting rewards at the blind spot of the President, to go around measures set up to check illicit mining and, enabling an organization to mine.

The part one of the report arraigned a presidential staff member and Secretary to the Inter-Ministerial Committee on unlawful Mining (IMCIM), Charles Cromwell Bissue, who developed as a facilitator for an organization looking to go around set down procedures to be given freedom for its mining tasks.

Bissue is seen getting wads of money to encourage the expedient ‘freedom’ of a mining organization all together that it can start mining as quickly as time permits, and is heard in the video teaching his subordinates via telephone to “quick track” the handling of the organization’s records.
