DJ Azonto’s management has asked NPP Vice President Dr. Bawumia for $10 million in compensation for utilizing his song without authorization.

The management is requesting $10 million in compensation from Bawumia, which is equal to GH₵ 141,484,490 in new Ghana Cedis.

The repayment is justified by the fact that the song was utilized against his permission, in violation of intellectual property laws.

The management conveyed dissatisfaction to the veep for neglecting to adhere to the correct protocols in order for the two sides to come to a contract agreement.

They emphasized how, if the necessary procedures are taken to guarantee everything is done correctly, artists are willing and able to work with any future presidential contenders.
