Chad Huff has been identified as dead in the Clarkesville Fatal Vehicle Crash

The victim of a deadly car accident that happened in Habersham County on Monday night has been identified as Johnathan Chad Huff of Winder, Georgia.

On Monday night in Clarkesville, a single-vehicle accident claimed the life of Huff, 37.

Apparently, around 8 p.m. on Monday, Huff was driving a Dodge Magnum on GA-17 near George Moss Road in Clarksville when, for an unknown reason, the car left the road. After then, the car hit a tree and an embankment before flipping over.

Huff, who was partially thrown from the car after the collision, was declared dead at the scene from blunt force trauma injuries.

The accident’s cause is still being looked into.
