Central Region: Policeman frees suspect after Sэх with her in cells
An officer of the Ghana Police Service has reportedly freed a suspect who was awaiting her sentence.
An Officer at the Nkanfoa Police Station in the Central Region freed the suspect, Theresa Forson after sleeping with her while she was held in police custody.
A report by Assase Radio confirms that Lance Corporal Isaac Apomah released Theresa Forson after sleeping with her.
The suspect was awaiting sentence for an undisclosed offense.
The police officer is now in custody of Ghana police service to assist investigations into the case
Theresa Forson and the police who help her escape are expected to be arraigned before court on Monday.
