Caleb Swafford killed by HPD patrol vehicle in north Harris

Caleb Swafford was killed by a police in North Harris County late Wednesday.

The incident happened around 11:37pm in the 5500 block of Aldine Bender.

According to the Harris County Sheriff’s Office, which is in charge of the investigation, the officer was responding to a report when he struck and killed a man who was standing in the middle of the road without turning on his lights or siren.

The police in question turned around to assist  but Caleb Swafford died
