It is no news that in Ghana, how to manage national assets is a major problem. Ghsplash.com has spotted a photo of the historic building in which the “Bond of 1844” was signed and Oh! the building is a very poor state.

Well, we expect that the building should at all cost be maintained and it could even serve as a means of tourist attraction.

The bond of 1844 was signed by Commander Hill and eight Fante chiefs who originated from Assin, Denkyira, Abora, Anumabu and Cape Coast.
