All girls in our school were forced to cut their hair except Nadia Buari – Ameyaw Debrah reveals
Ghanaian media personality, Ameyaw Debrah has added his voice to the ongoing long hair saga in the Ghana educational system.
The celebrity blogger said he went to the same Basic School, Englebert as celebrated actress Nadia Buari.
According to Ameyaw Debrah, when they got to Junior High School, all the girls were made to cut their hair except light skinned Nadia Buari.

He added that when they completed and Nadia Buari went to Mfantsiman Senior Secondary School, she wasn’t treated special as she was made to cut her hair.
“when i was in JSS (Englebert) all the girls were made to cut their hair but Nadia Buari was not affected. But when she went to Mfantsiman (SSS) they made her cut it off” – Ameyaw Debrah posted on Twitter
